From a contact record in Redtail, you can select and launch interactive Checklists from fpPathfinder to help you navigate the planning issues your clients face. Upon completion, you can post those completed Checklists to the contact’s record in Redtail as a Note, which you can refer back to whenever you’d like. Documenting them in your CRM in this way also helps you accurately track how you covered the issues for compliance purposes.
