Redtail is committed to providing you with the resources you need to ensure that your CRM experience is successful. That’s why training and support are included in every Redtail subscription.

Telephone support is available Monday through Friday (except on Holidays and Special Event days) from 5am Pacific until 5pm Pacific. See the chart below for the appropriate phone numbers and extensions.

Email support is available everyday, all day (Holidays included). When you email Redtail Support a Helpdesk ticket is automatically created for you. Email us at support@redtailtechnology.com.
