We offer an ongoing schedule of free virtual classes – at least two per week – that are all about getting your users and your office the knowledge you need to run your CRM most effectively. We focus on the tools in Redtail, how to use them, and how to apply them to industry-specific situations that financial professionals face.

Our extremely popular roadshow series stops at key cities throughout the country, providing classroom-style training to large audiences of like-minded users. It sells out fast though, so keep our RTU web page bookmarked and check back often for opening registration. One-on-One Training Sessions

Our world-class training team is at your disposal, and happy to sit with you and your office to focus on the items that you care about. Schedule a time for an online training session with our team!

On-Site Training

Have a private RTU right in your office! We’ll come to you, for a fee and expenses, and give you the full VIP training treatment. We offer one-day, two-day, half-day and custom office trainings.

Scheduled Redtail Office Visits

If you’re a local user close to one of our offices (Sacramento, CA and Chandler, AZ), you can schedule a two-hour session to come in and sit down with our team to get educated on whatever you’d like. You get a tour of our offices, too!
