Community Support in the Time of COVID-19

COVID-19 has posed new and largely unanticipated challenges for management teams in virtually every industry around the country. Here at Redtail, after taking care of top-level concerns (employee safety and uninterrupted customer service), we then took an inventory of other ways we might be able to support the multiple communities of which we are a part: the geographical communities we operate in, the community of staff we employ, and the community of advisor offices we serve.
