WHAT ARE THE INTEGRATION POINTS BETWEEN PLANTECHHUB AND REDTAIL CRM? The objective of the integration with Redtail CRM is to allow the user to link investment accounts and update the balance of investment accounts. Currently, the application is leveraging the Redtail API suite to link advisors to their Redtail database, search for Redtail contacts to link to a plan, and pull account data and asset balances.
The basic integration component operations are as follows:
- Create or launch a plan and assign contact integration at the plan level
- Investment Accounts are staged and managed by retrieving account information from Redtail based on the provided contacts
- Investment Accounts are integrated for future balance update by either creating new accounts based on the integration data or linking the integration data to an existing non-linked account.
- Investment Accounts may be ignored for future integrations, paused, or have their integration links broken on demand by the user
