WHAT ARE THE INTEGRATION POINTS BETWEEN SMART KX AND REDTAIL CRM?
Smart Kx will simplify and expedite the new client onboarding process. The integration with Redtail uses client information directly from the CRM and automatically sends regulatory documents and a contract pre-filled with the client’s information, ready for signature. Once the client e-signs the contract, the client status is automatically changed to Active Client in the Redtail CRM, with agreement activity created, completed, and filed under the contact’s profile. Completion dates are populated into the “know your client” fields, and signed documents are saved in Redtail Imaging.
