WHAT ARE THE INTEGRATION POINTS BETWEEN RISKALYZE AND REDTAIL CRM? New integration points between Riskalyze and Redtail CRM include:
- Redtail now pulls the “Next Check-In” and “Last Sent On” dates from Riskalyze and displays them accessibly beneath the client’s Risk Numbers.
- Riskalyze’s “Create Risk Questionnaire” option within Redtail now provides users with a link to that client’s questionnaire they can easily copy.
- Now, when accessing Riskalyze from Redtail’s Integrations menu while in a contact record, updated information from Riskalyze will automatically be pulled in for the client. Previously, you were required to click “Analyze Client Risk” in order to update that information.
- Much more information for clients is now displayed in Redtail’s Riskalyze integrations panel, including Current Portfolio, Active Proposal, and Retirement information.
Note: as of today, March 2, existing users of this integration will need to re-authorize the integration to take advantage of these enhancements and continue using the integration. Instructions for authorizing the integration can be followed at the link below on details of the integration.
