Welcome Team

If you are coming from a legacy system and need your client data moved over into Redtail CRM, you’ll meet our Welcome Team early on. After your Redtail activation we offer free basic and custom imports from over 40 different CRMs.

Our Welcome Team specializes in the process of assisting users during this process and consists of analysts and CSRs with years of experience doing so. One of these team members will call you on the day you activate your Redtail subscription to welcome you and discuss the transition process and your data import (if applicable). Additionally, they will schedule a further one-on-one call to discuss any mapping or import concerns you may have, if necessary.

Support Team

We are committed to providing you with the support, knowledge, and tools you need to effectively use Redtail as the core solution for your client management needs.

From the moment Support Team members join the Redtail crew, we instill in them how much we value delivering an amazing customer experience and empower them with the resources they need to deliver that experience themselves.

Our purpose is, first and foremost, to provide you with the answers you need when questions arise in regard to Redtail solutions. In short, Redtail Support is here for you, and our phone and email support is always free to subscribers.

Training Team

In addition to the resources we provide through our Welcome and Support Teams, our Training Team also puts a ton of free resources at your disposal, including:

  • One-on-one phone training sessions with members of our training team
  • Live webinars
  • A video library of recorded webinars
  • Extensive documentation on our helpdesk
  • If you’re near our Sacramento, CA or Chandler, AZ locations, you can schedule a free two-hour session to come in and sit down with our team to get educated on whatever you’d like. You get a tour of our offices, too!

Tips during your CRM search in regard to support

Seek out vendors that are highly responsive when you attempt to reach them (via phone, email, or other channels where they offer support)—if it’s difficult to interact with a live person when you’re still a prospect, that’s unlikely to get better when you’re already a paying user.
