We’re excited to announce a brand-new version of the Redtail CRM Mobile app! The app has been completely overhauled and will be updated regularly going forward. Our team has aimed for feature-for-feature parity with prior versions of the app, while also addressing user feedback. This update includes highly requested new features with the redesign of major pages like the Calendar. Some of the new features include:
- the ability to add contacts and attendees to new activities
- the ability to edit contacts and attendees on existing activities
- days of the week included in the calendar’s date picker
- calendar week view and agenda list view
- the ability to delete activities
- the ability to view multiple users’ calendars simultaneously
- the ability to view your Contacts A-Z (all contacts)
- an all-new card view for activities on the Today screen with a quick complete option
- the ability to quickly dial/text/email primary contact info from any page in a contact record
- the ability to view completed activities from the calendar
- the ability to copy text to your clipboard
