Speak is now available as a standalone texting/chat solution, while offering integration with Redtail CRM for those who subscribe to both solutions.
As of 2007, texting surpassed phone calls as the most frequently used form of communication. Texting’s prominence as a primary mode of communication has only grown in the decade and a half since. It can also boast a 98% open rate (compared to email’s 20%) while providing a high degree of confidence that your message will be seen within three minutes of delivery.
