WHAT ARE THE NEW INTEGRATION POINTS BETWEEN APPOINTMENT REMINDER AND REDTAIL CRM?
Appointment Reminder will allow you to schedule calls with clients, based upon what is available in your Redtail Calendar. When clients attempt to schedule a call with you through Appointment Reminder, available time slots they see will be based upon what is available according to your Redtail Calendar. Once a client has confirmed a call via Appointment Reminder, a new Activity will show up on your Redtail Calendar to reflect this.
This new functionality is in addition to previous components of the integration, which you can view at the integration setup and usage link below.
