WHAT ARE THE NEW INTEGRATION POINTS BETWEEN PULSE360 AND REDTAIL CRM? New integration points between Pulse360 and Redtail CRM include:
- the ability to enter your Handwritten Notes within Pulse360 and have a week’s worth of those notes display information on your Today page within Redtail CRM, including the contact the Note is attached to and the date and time of entry:
- the ability to click a link on those Redtail CRM Today page Handwritten Note entries to view those Notes within Pulse360.
